Dr. Mohammed Sani Abdullahi

Biography

Dr. Mohammed Sani Abdullahi is a lecturer at the Department of Management and Marketing, KFUPM Business School (KBS). Before joining KFUPM, he is a lecturer at Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano, Nigeria. Also, before then, he is a lecturer at Kano State Polytechnic, Nigeria. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management (Specialization in Human Resource Management) from Multimedia University Malaysia, a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin Malaysia, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. In his teaching career, he has taught several management subjects to undergraduates and postgraduate’s students. His research interest is in Human Resource Management; Entrepreneurship; Management; Marketing; Leadership and Corporate Governance; Employee Performance; Research Methodology and Techniques; Small Business Management; Organizational Behaviour, Support and Culture; Employee Job Satisfaction; Employee Engagement; Talent Management Practices; Knowledge Sharing Behaviour; Customer Loyalty; Customer Relationship Management; Business Ethics and Strategy. He has been a member of various committees in the University, Polytechnic, and Nigeria Institute of Management, ranging from Research, Publication and Manuscript Development Committee, Ethics and Dress Code Committee, and Conference Paper Mobilization/Secretariat Sub-Committee, Departmental Project Committee, Departmental Accreditation Committee, Local Organizing Committee, Hotel and Accommodation Sub-Committee. He has published his research work in reputed journals such as International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education, International Journal of Business Information Systems, Uncertain Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Commercial Training, Journal of Technical Education and Training, Jurnal Pengurusan, Arab Gulf Journal of Scientific Research, among others. He has attended conferences and workshops related to his teaching profession internationally and nationally.
