Master of Human Resource Management

ELEVATING THE HR PROFESSIONAL

This program is designed to develop in-depth knowledge and advanced skills necessary to create the human resources leaders and specialists of the future – a highly sought after profession in the job market. It seeks to develop the student’s knowledge in foundational human resource theories and frameworks and enhance their ability to evaluate relevant problems, develop creative strategies and solutions, and ultimately drive the success of their organization through unlocking the full potential of its human talent.

Candidates undergo a cohort based, one and a half year program  which covers 8 different subjects each designed with industry needs in mind. An Integrative Industry Project is the capstone of this degree which allows candidates to apply the knowledge gained during the program.  This program is open for both genders. KFUPM Business School is proud to have enrolled its first cohort starting September 2021.

A 30-credit hour program into Fourth semesters .

Classes will be held daily from Sundays to Wednesdays, 5:20PM till 9:30PM.

All candidates for the Professional Masters must meet the following requirements for entry:

  • A four-year Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., BBA, B.S., or B.E.) in business, engineering or science from an institution whose undergraduate programs are substantially equivalent in length, content, and quality to those of KFUPM, with a major in the proposed field or evidence of suitable background for entering the proposed field.
  • Grade-Point Average (GPA) of 2.50, higher on a scale of 4.00, or equivalent. Official transcripts and degree certificates are required for final admission.
  • IELTS score of 6+ or TOEFL score of 70+ or Duolingo score of 105+. Waived for KFUPM graduates and Graduates from English Speaking Countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand)
  • Two Letters of Recommendation: Enter your recommenders’ names and professional emails in the application. They will receive a link to submit their letters directly
  • At least one course in college level statistics
  • Working knowledge of computers as evidenced by at least one course in that area (e.g. data processing, programming, information systems, etc.)

  • Short introductory video, maximum 2 minutes, addressing who you are and why you are applying to this program
  • Non-refundable processing fee of SR100
