Dr. Mohammed Sani Abdullahi

Biography

Dr. Mohammed Sani Abdullahi is a lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at KFUPM Business School (KBS). Prior to his tenure at KFUPM, he was a lecturer at Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano and Kano State Polytechnic in Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, from Multimedia University, Malaysia, and MSc in Management from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia, and a BSc in Business Administration from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria.

In his academic career, Dr. Abdullahi has taught numerous management courses to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. His extensive research interests encompass Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Leadership and Corporate Governance, Employee Performance, Research Methodology and Techniques, Small Business Management, Organizational Behaviour, Employee Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Talent Management Practices, Knowledge Sharing Behaviour, Customer Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management, Business Ethics and Strategy.

Dr. Abdullahi has contributed significantly to various committees within universities, polytechnics, and the Nigeria Institute of Management. His roles have included participation in the Research, Publication, and Manuscript Development Committee, Ethics and Dress Code Committee, Conference Paper Mobilization/Secretariat Sub-Committee, Departmental Project Committee, Departmental Accreditation Committee, Local Organizing Committee, Hotel and Accommodation Sub-Committee, and the Assessment and Quality Assurance Committee.

His scholarly work has been published in esteemed journals such as Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Data in Brief, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, Journal of the Knowledge Economy, Journal of Policy Research in Tourism, Leisure and Events, International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education, International Journal of Business Information Systems, Uncertain Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Commercial Training, Journal of Technical Education and Training, Jurnal Pengurusan, and the Arab Gulf Journal of Scientific Research, among others.
