Dr. Minhajul Islam Ukil is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, KFUPM Business School (KBS). He obtained a PhD in Entrepreneurship from The University of Adelaide (Australia). Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Minhaj held academic positions at BRAC University (Bangladesh) and The University of Adelaide (Australia).
Dr. Minhaj is currently working on a number of qualitative and quantitative research projects. His research interest includes (social) entrepreneurship and organisational behaviour with particular focus on emotions, entrepreneurial intentions, employee engagement and well-being. His research appeared in several reputed journals including Acta Psychologica, Society and Business Review, Journal of Social Entrepreneurship, Journal of Islamic Marketing and Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development.
