Dr. Jongtae is an Assistant Professor in the department of Information Systems & Operation Management (IS & OM), KFUPM Business School. He has received Ph.D. in Information Systems at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. He has taught core IS courses including Management Information Systems, Business Computing, Database Management, and System Design and Development at the University of Utah and KFUPM. His primary research interests focus on online self-disclosure, privacy, social network sites, and ethics. He has conducted studies to investigate online privacy concerns across different cultures and inconsistency between privacy concerns and disclosure behavior. His work has been published in reputable journals including Journal of Management Information Systems, International Journal of Healthcare Information Systems and Informatics and presented in several information systems conferences, including INFORMS Conference on Information Systems and Technology and Informs.
