Aisha Hawwari is a lecturer at the Accounting and Finance Department at KFUPM. She holds a MSc in Accounting and Financial Communication, Audit Track, from Lund University, Sweden. Mrs. Hawwari obtained her B.S. in Business Accounting at the Lebanese American University and graduated with high distinction in 2014. She began her professional career at Deloitte & Touché where she worked as a financial auditor engaging in different audit assignments with a focus on the banking and insurance industries in the Middle East region. Mrs. Hawwari also worked as an accounting consultant with international firms in the Euroregion focusing mainly on the renewable energy sector in the Nordics. Currently, Mrs. Hawwari is pursuing her passion for teaching and knowledge-transfer at KFUPM, where she is involved in teaching courses related to Financial and Managerial accounting.
