Dr. Nadia Zahoor

Biography

Dr. Nadia Zahoor is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at KFUPM Business School, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Prior to joining KFUPM, she held academic positions at Queen Mary University of London, the University of Strathclyde, the University of Central Lancashire, and the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom.

Her research lies at the intersection of international strategy and entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on how firms build capabilities and create value through strategic alliances, digitalization, innovation, sustainability, and internationalization. Her work has a strong focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and examines how organizations respond to rapidly changing, uncertain, and internationally competitive environments. Her research has covered diverse international contexts, including the United Kingdom, Finland, China, Pakistan, Ghana, the United Arab Emirates, and Nigeria.

Dr. Zahoor’s research has been published in leading international journals, including the Journal of World Business, Journal of Product Innovation Management, International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of International Management, Technovation, Journal of Business Research, International Business Review, International Marketing Review, and Industrial Marketing Management, among others.
