Dr. Omar is an experienced finance and accounting professional with decades of experience in the industry and academia. Among others, he has published in Scopus/ISI journals. Dr. Omar’s research focused mainly on corporate finance. With a newly developed interest in corporate purpose, Dr. Omar’s current reaserch interest  lies at the intersection of of corporate purpose, corporate finance, public policy, financial market dynamics and sustainability.
