Dr. Rana Muhammad Naeem

Biography

Rana Muhammad Naeem joined the Department of Management and Marketing as an Assistant Professor. He holds dual PhD degrees: the first in Business Administration with a specialization in OB & HRM from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China, and the second in Management with a focus on HRM from Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan.

His research interests lie in the field of OB, particularly in leadership, job crafting, work engagement, workplace mistreatment, and Green HRM. His work has been published in several high-quality peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Managerial Psychology, Personnel Review, International Journal of Manpower, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Employee Relations: The International Journal, Ethics & Behavior, Australian Journal of Career Development, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management.

Dr. Naeem has presented his research multiple times at the prestigious Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting, where his paper received the Best Paper Award in the Job Search domain in 2023. He has also successfully secured and completed international research grants. Since 2021, he has been serving as an Editorial Advisory Board Member of the Journal of Management Sciences.
