Admissions for the PhD in Business Administration program require that all applicants fulfill the following requirements.

 Official transcript of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree optional) with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent

 Proof of English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80

(May be waived for KFUPM graduates or graduates of English-speaking countries)

 CV / Resume highlighting academic background, research experience, and publications (if any)

 Three recommendation letters

 Statement of Purpose (highlight research capabilities and alignment with faculty / track), including:

  • Research interests and long-term academic goals
  • Alignment with the selected doctoral track and faculty expertise
  • Prior research experience, methods skills, and publications (if applicable)

 Strong quantitative background (calculus or statistics required)

Applicants without a business background may be required to complete foundational coursework.
