The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK Office) has certified KFUPM BSc in Accounting as an “ACCA Accredited Program”. Earlier, accounting program was endorsed by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
The benefits of the accreditation are:
1. Students will have option of completing two more modules beyond the ACCA certification for the award of Master Degree in Accounting from the University of London
2. Students will be exempted from 50% of the exam papers to receive the ACCA Professional Certification
3. This recognition will add to the credibility of the CIM (KFUPM) Accounting program
