Dr. Abdullah Almeer is an applied economist whose research interests lie at the intersection of applied microeconomics and development economics, with a core specialization in matching theory, game theory, and market design. His work encompasses both theoretical and empirical analyses of policy issues, including college admissions and labor markets. Additionally, Dr. Almeer has focused on Saudi Arabia’s economic diversification agenda, with recent research examining the drivers of SME export performance, particularly the roles of innovation and access to finance.
