Biography

Dr. Rasha is a researcher with a primary focus on understanding and enhancing collaboration between humans and computers, particularly in the realm of AI technology. They stress the importance of recognizing the unique attributes of AI, which increasingly resemble human interactions, Dr. Rasha advocate for adaptable theoretical frameworks to explain how AI-human collaboration affects employee outcomes, especially in managerial contexts where AI’s role is significant.

Dr. Rasha’s research efforts span specific domains, each addressing fundamental aspects of human-computer collaboration. In their exploration, they introduce co-adaptation theory, which explores how users and AI systems mutually adapt to refine alignment between the system and the user. Furthermore, their work delves into the impact of AI management on employee outcomes, emphasizing the importance of developing high-performing AI managers to foster effective collaboration in the workplace.
